Terms and Policies

Orlando Airport Transportation’s Terms and Policies information. On this page, you will find information about our terms and cancellation policies for each of the limousine services we provide.

Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

Cancellation Policies

 

Airport Limo Service Cancellation Policy

  • All Changes are to be made 24 hours in advance, or a 25% re-scheduling fee will apply.
  • 24 hours notice, prior to the scheduled pick up time is required for cancellations, or a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
  • All Cancellations at the time of scheduled pick up time will be subject to 50% cancellation fee.
  • All No-Shows will be charged in full including taxes.

Weddings Service Cancellation Policy

  • $150.00/$200.00 deposits are Non-Refundable for respective Vehicles.
  • All Cancellations at the time of scheduled pick up time will be subject to 50% cancellation fee.

Proms Service Cancellation Policy

  • All deposits are Non-Refundable for respective Vehicles.
  • 7 Days notice, prior to scheduled pick up time is required for cancellations, or a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
  • All Cancellations at the time of scheduled pick up time will be subject to 100% cancellation fee.

Night Out Service Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations are subject to $50.00 cancellation fee.
  • 3 Days notice, prior to scheduled pick up time is required for cancellations, or a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
  • All Cancellations at the time of scheduled pick up time will be subject to 100% cancellation fee.
